Uttarakhand is very rich in its educated Human resource. Uttarakhand is performing well as per the literacy rate comparing to most of the other states. However, the state has inherent challenges of a difficult disaster prone mountainous region. Several trades and enterprises are prevalent in the state but due to the connectivity issues, natural disasters, earthquakes, landslides and remote inhabitance; human development is slow. There is a need for the improvement in the higher and vocational education facilities and employment of the people living in the state. We Fusion Institute of Hotel Management provide an opportunity to people to enhance their skills and ensure individual growth by our SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. These programs help people to be independent and work for their livelihood.
Our Approach
Being an Uttarakhand based organization with our working experience of more than 10 years, we understand the geographical and social conditions of our people. Our Approach towards the enhanced economic growth and provision of livelihood opportunities for local communities through tourism infrastructure development is via the implementation of a proper skill development program with also taking care of all the geographical, social and economic conditions of the target society. We strongly believe that if we develop a proper skill in a person than we are giving him a real earning for life time, as that person can use his skills to support his livelihood and support his family as well.

We at fusion always believe that any skill development program is only become successful when we truly understand the likings, potential and scope of development in a candidate, other than that we also need to take care of the education background, social background and family background of a candidate because every child need a different kind treatment and encouragement to perform at its best hence we develop a very successful training delivery system.
How We Work

Organize the program awareness camps in association with the local bodies like Gram Pradhans, Ward members, Schools & Colleges in a society, this will help the information to properly penetrate into a community and hence information is able to reach the length and width of the society and ultimately to the desired candidates who in actual need the support.

After the inputs that received from the awareness camps we organizes the mobilization camps where we conducts the entry gate assessments for the different kind of candidates for different kind of programs as per the qualification, potential and natural likings of the candidates, we designed our entry gate assessments in such a manner that it will help us in finding out the right candidate for right program.

After entry gate assessments we divide the students into small batches with taking utmost care in bunching similar kind of candidates in same batch, this will result in significant improvement in the learning curve of the entire batch and develop a healthy learning environment throughout the batch cycle.

After the start of the batch till the end of the batch we conducted periodic assessment of the batch to monitor as well as stream line the progress of the batch, it also help us in finding out the weak candidate so that we can push him a little bit more. It also helps the candidate to overcome their inferiority complex

Soft skill is always an integral part of all our skill development programs, this make our student more confident and industry ready, these soft skills program also helps our candidates in overcome their hesitation. Without the hesitation the candidate becomes a better learner, he become an active participant in the class room and gets full benefits of the classroom environment.

As the final part of our skill development programs we also add on the Interview preparation sessions so that our candidate can face the real life interviews with full of confidence and hence it gives a better chance of his selection.

Other than this we also conduct entrepreneurship development sessions in our classes, in these session we impart the knowledge of self-business startups requirements with the candidates, in these sessions we also teach them project making for bank submission to the banks and how to get loans from the banks under different schemes running by the government for the help of society
