The second part of Skill Development Program is Training. Before the training the Selection process begins. The selection for this is done by the Entry Gate Test. The person who qualifies this test goes forward to the next level, Training. After entry gate assessments we divide the students into small batches with taking utmost care in bunching similar kind of candidates in same batch, this will result in significant improvement in the learning curve of the entire batch and develop a healthy learning environment throughout the batch cycle. Periodical assessments are conducted to monitor the candidate performance and work accordingly. It helps in bringing the best in the candidate.
The training is sub divided into various types, these are: 3 Month Training, 6 Month Training, 1 Month Training. These training include Long-Term Training (Multi Cuisine Cook Course) working on developing the skills of candidates. The course consists of various subjects: Production, F&B Service, Computer Hardware, Networking, and Communication. We also provide various short term courses and provide their specialized knowledge and training. Entrepreneurship In Paper Cover , Envelop And File Making, Commercial Horticulture, Krishi Udyami, Plumbing And Sanitary Works, Commercial Floriculture, Poly house And Shade Net Farming, Bee Keeping. As the final part of our skill development programs we also add on the Interview preparation sessions so that our candidate can face the real life interviews with full of confidence and hence it gives a better chance of his selection.Our Long-Term course are: Multi-Cuisine Cook course.
